Trouble Accessing Status Information – Any Advice?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to check the progress of my application but I'm struggling to get clear information from the official status portal. Everything seems to load slowly or not work at all. I’m not sure if it’s a technical issue on their end or something I’m doing wrong. I’ve already submitted my srd application and would like to know if others are having similar problems with the status updates. Has anyone else experienced delays or errors recently? Any tips or reliable steps to follow when checking the status would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
