Hi folks,
Okay, I've been messing around with some AI image tools lately, just out of curiosity, and stumbled across a few sites that generate "drawnudes" or use prompts to remove clothing from pictures. Now, I get that it's all synthetic and doesn’t involve real undressing, but I keep wondering — is it actually safe to use these tools? Like, do they store images or personal data? What happens to the pics I upload? Anyone know more about this?

Hey , you're definitely not alone — I had similar concerns when I first explored those AI tools too. A while ago, I tried out drawnudes just to see how it works technically. From what I noticed, the tool’s page doesn’t make it super clear what happens to the uploaded content, which raises eyebrows. There’s no visible privacy policy or explanation on how they handle user data, and that’s a red flag. I mean, if it’s just for fun and the image is processed locally or deleted after use, cool — but if the image is stored or ends up in some dataset, that’s messed up. The results are weirdly accurate sometimes too, which makes me think it's not purely "generated" from scratch. Personally, I’d avoid uploading anything sensitive or with identifiable people. Better safe than sorry when you're dealing with AI and semi-anonymous platforms.

That’s a good point. I also tried a similar tool once and wasn’t entirely sure where my image went after. These tools are fun in theory, but the lack of transparency kind of kills the trust.
