Hi folks,
Every Monday I promise myself to start a new life: morning, sports, meditation... and every time I give up after a couple of days. Resilience is my main weakness. I really want to learn how to keep a rhythm, without breakdowns and rollbacks. If you succeeded, tell me where you started. I really need support.

I've started a "new life" many times — and always returned to chaos. I read motivational books, kept trackers, but everything fell apart after a couple of days. One day I came across the liven app review . I was hooked by the approach: not an effort of will, but a careful building of a rhythm. I installed the app — and was pleasantly surprised. Everything is logical there: first small steps, then reflection, and then consolidation. After a month, I had formed a morning routine, and I really became more efficient. Liven App is not magic, but simply a very well-assembled tool. It works even for those who "always break down".

Habits are not formed in one day. Consistency and repetition create the basis for sustainability. It is better to move slowly but steadily. Gradual improvements are more beneficial than sudden jumps. This method reduces the risk of burnout and rollbacks.
