Anyone Tried ShineHeroes Mobile Detailing in LA?

Has anyone here worked with SHINEHEROES Mobile Detailing in LA? I came across their website and the services look top-notch—ceramic coatings, interior shampooing, headlight restoration, etc. I’m curious how they actually perform in real life. Are their results really as good as advertised? Do they bring all their own equipment and supplies, or do they need anything from the customer? Also wondering how long a full interior + exterior detail usually takes. Do they offer same-day appointments, or is there a long wait time? I'm planning to get my car ready for a special event, so timing matters. How’s their pricing compared to other mobile detailers in the area? And most importantly—how's the customer service?
