Hi folks,
There are days when I sit down intending to work, clean, or do something productive… and then there are days when I open Eggy Car "just for five minutes." Spoiler: those five minutes usually turn into an hour of chaotic driving, ridiculous physics, and lots of laughing at my own suffering. This is the story of one such day—a full play session where my emotions swung wildly from excitement to frustration to pure joy. If you’ve ever played Eggy Car, I’m pretty sure you’ll relate. If you haven’t, well… buckle up. Morning: “I’ll just warm up. How hard can it be?” I started my morning with coffee in one hand and my phone in the other, thinking, Let’s just warm up my brain with something silly. Eggy Car seemed perfect. A simple car. A single egg. Nothing else to worry about. Right? Wrong. Within the first 20 seconds, my egg did a somersault off the back of the car. I blinked, stared at the screen, laughed at my own incompetence, and whispered: “Okay, maybe I’m just not awake yet.” But of course, I hit restart. Anyone who has played Eggy Car knows the restart button is like a magnet—you can’t resist it.
